Wizarding World Shop Online

CFNews 13 is reporting that Universal is planning on opening an online store for the Wizarding World souvenirs, since they are having a hard time keeping them in stock in the stores. The website is not up and running yet, but when it is you will be able to buy most of the same things that you can buy in the Harry Potter section.

I understand the purpose of the online store (money) however I still feel it was a bad move... The whole purpose of Potter was so people had to be there to get stuff... I was also upset when I saw items in Citywalk and at the Studios... Wish it was a little more exclusive...

The online store only has a fraction of the merch available in the land. I'm pretty sure the contract with Warner Bros. and J.K. Rowling stipulates a percentage that must remain exclusive to the land.

If you've been anywhere near those crowded little shops trying to buy merchandise, you'd realize that having items at Islands Trading Co., in Citywalk, or even online is a Godsend.

Aw, seems to be more of the basic merch and not the nifty in-universe stuff like the Quibbler.
