Wishes! added to events and entertainment on Disneyworld.com

It's as official as it can get! The new "Wishes nighttime spectacular" will have its first showing at 9:00pm on October 9, 2003 according to disneyworld.com. To see for yourself, click here and click on Events and Entertainment on October 9th. This "change" to list Wishes instead of FITS is new within the last two days or so.

Also, for all of you wanting to see the last Fantasy in the Sky fireworks show ever, head over to the MK on October 6th at 7:30 pm.

It's sad to see Fantasy in the Sky end. But, I am really looking forward to seeing Wishes. :sohappy: Thank goodness Tinkerbell will still fly!

Good. This means that a good majority of people who leave EPCOT because on the conference will be going over there.....works out very good. I know Im getting off for it, screw the conference.

I checked out the times in Oct. and noticed that they show it at 9 on Thursday but they arent showing it again until Saturday....So Im guessing that Thurs. is the soft debut/sneak peek and Saturday will be the offical opening....figuring that they show it on Thursday, let people have a day to tell others about it then get those people in the park Saturday....not to mention, Saturday, Oct 11th, PhillarMagic should be open on a regular basis (Either for previews or offically....I forgot if they set a date for the opening).

The Promos for Magical Gatherings will begin running on resort tv and general public tvs on Otc 6th.

October 10 is Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. However it will probably be shown that night to ticket holders.

Hmm. I looked at the closing times again and wow....Im guessing its because of the MNSSHP.....that or they just spun a wheel to pick the times. Im not too educmacated on the party so what days does this little party run on?
