Wine Seminars- what happens?

Can someone please describe what goes on at those free wine seminars at Epcot's Food and Wine Festival? (I'm talking about the 45-minute programs held at the Odyssey and the Terrace) How many samples do you get? Are they worthwhile? Etc.

Also-- how does that new Australia "Wine Walkabout" work? Do you have to purchase a glass first? How many sample stations are there? Is it worth it?
