Does any know if the Magic moment’s pins will continue to work after the of the 100 years of Magic Celebration ends?

I have been told they will, and since many of the standard attractions already have the sensors in place, I don't see why they would stop it. Maybe they will just change the type of pin sold in the parks or something.

I have a feeling they will make new designs. Those pins sold really well, and it would be smart for them to make new styles to sell for 15 dollars a piece.

Mine lights up whenever I play with it or pin it some where is this a malfunction? or is this normal?
