Will La Nouba Sell Out?

We have a group headed down for free dining, and there a couple people who want to go see La Nouba. However, we don't really want to commit to buying the tickets ahead of time. We have a toddler with us and we're trying to remain fluid. One of the people who want to go is only down for half a week (), so based on our ADRs the only day that we can really go is Tuesday 9/9. Is it remotely possible to walk up and get tickets on a day like this?

I'm not sure about the shows selling out but they are dark Sundays and Mondays each week and they are down a full week later in September. I'll be there Sept. 13th to see it for the first time!:sohappy:

Here's some info taken from their website to help you plan.

I don't think tickets are selling nearly as well as they used to, but that's just based on the CM discounts they've put in place over the past year or so. Generally CMs don't get discounts on stuff there is a high demand for.

I wouldn't rely on there being tickets available at the box office - especially not during free dining when it will be pretty busy. You might get lucky though but don't be disappointed if nothing is available.

Yes, there are discounts on La Nouba tickets from time to time. Right now there is a Passholder discount through sometime late september for 25% off category 2 seating.

How can you book this discount / where did you find it?

Also do you know, does your AP have to be active at the time of booking, or just active when you're actually there for the show?

It seems the AP has to be active at the time of booking.

We do not go until October but bought our AP's prior to the rate increases. We have tried to buy both the La Nouba tickets at passholder rates and the Disney Dining experience card (only last week) but were told that they needed to be activated first.

You can see all the passholder discounts on the passholder section on the Disney site by entering in the niumbers on the back of your temporary card.

The La Nouba discounts apply till the 3rd October.

I bought the LaNouba tixs over the phone with Disney Dining. They never asked me for my AP number or anything from the back of my card. I'd give a call to disney dining and try purchasing them that way rather than through the website which probably requires you put in information.

Since you can now buy the DDE card at any of the guest services window, I guess they don't let you purchase it with the voucher, I'm not sure, but I'd call back again and ask. It's funny how with a different cast member you will in most instances get a different answer.
