Will I be able to work at WDW again?

Hello! I was part of the WDW DCP for Fall Advantage 2014 in Merchandise. I had to self-term about four months in due to the fact that I became very ill, but I would very much like to work for the Company again (preferably at WDW again).
I have been really wanting to apply to have just a regular part-time job at WDW, however, I am concerned about my rehire status. A couple of months after I self-termed, I received an email from costuming informing me that a piece of my costume had not been returned and that if I didn't mail it to them, my "rehire status would be changed" (they didn't specify from what to what). What I believe must have happened was, since I worked in a very small kitchen, it was a rule that we had to take our aprons off during our breaks and hang them on one coat rack that we had. I suspect that someone else may have grabbed my apron that I checked out from costuming by mistake, since they all looked exactly the same and they were all clustered on the same small rack. I emailed costuming back about what I think may have happened (I received this email back in November), and I never received a response.
Disney is my greatest passion in life and now that I am recovering from my medical disability, my dream is to go back, but I fear that I might not be able to for at least a very long time.
Does anyone know if I would be able to go back anytime soon? Does anyone have any tips or advice for me?
Thank you so much! Have a magical day!

Contact Disney.

I would suggest that you refer to your email from November, state that as you haven't had a response from them you're presuming that everything is now sorted to their satisfaction.
Tell them that your health issues are now behind you and that you are wishing to apply for a new position within WDW

They can only say no.

Is there a specific number I could use to contact the area I need to get in touch with? I tried calling Casting this morning, but it's all an automated menu type deal, so I couldn't really get the help I needed. Should I email someone?
