Will CoP be up and running next month?

I am finally going back "home" in a month, and I was wondering if CoP is going to up and running when I am there. Also, when is it going to close for sure? Does anyone know anything about this?

No one knows, but it's been running for a very long time. Next month should be busier than this month, so chances are good.
