Will Call Ticket Pickup

Hi there, first time posting and, well, first time I've ever seeing these forums. I have a small question about the Will Call ticket pick up thing. I'm planning a trip, or rather, have completed planning a trip to Disney World and decided to try out the Will Call option for my tickets. I know I have to have my STEM number, ID and the credit card that I used to purchase my tickets on me, but they also sent me a zip file of my STEM number in my confirmation email.

My question is, do I have to print out that zip file and show it to them or can I just write down the number on a piece of paper?

I haven't been to Disney World since I was 6 or 8 years old and that was before they had an Animal Kingdom, so I'm actually kind of excited to go back.

Welcome! You should be excited to go back! We just wrote down the number, but be warned...Will Call was a giant pain in the you know what for us. There was one window open and about 20 families in line and they were NOT moving them through fast...at all :bored: . Keep in mind that this was only for the Not So Scary Party tickets, but we probably won't do Will Call again. Hope you have a better experience and a magical trip! :D

We've done "Will Call" and have always printed our confirmation. Since it can be picked up at any "Will Call", we've always picked it up the afternoon of our arrival at DHS. We've never had a line and the CM is always pleasant.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
We have done will call for our MVMCP tickets and annual pass etc and we picked them up at Downtown Disney at Customer relations and was quick and easy. You can go there if you do not want to do it at a park window. :)

Same here. We arrive in the late afternoon and we'll head over to a park, usually MK so we can ride the monorail and pick them up. Rarely a line at that point. Our AP's expired so we'll be making the trek to pick them up.

We got our tickets at the concierge desk at our hotel last year and they were able to put them on our hotel keys. No need to get them at the parks. Have a great time.
Just a friendly reminder....If you have already purchased the tickets and have a "will call" certificate etc they usually cannot add the tickets to the room key nor can you pick them up from the concierge.
Now if you have not purchased tickets yet you can buy them from the concierge and they can put them on the room key. Was like this when we went in December and as far as I know it's always been this way and has not changed. :)

So, I got back on Wednesday and I had a blast; it was super easy to get our tickets since there was barely a line at the Will Call booths (kind of surprising since it was the Summer). I was surprised that the "ticket" was now a card (I took the Donald one because he's awesome) and every time I "scanned in" to get into a park I'd randomly yell, "The Future!"
