Will Call Problem!

Hello Guys!

I purchased two WDW-2day Park Hopper tickets with WillCall option.

The pick-up name on the Disney Ticket Order Confirmation is different from the person who will pickup the ticket effectively in Orlando netx week.

Is this a real problem for picking up the ticket or should i change the pick-up name?

Thanks

I don't really know how it works, but I'm assuming that the person picking up the tickets will need to have their name left at Will Call.

From my printed order:

"This is not your ticket. You must visit Will Call.

Will Call Pick Up instructions:
To receive your ticket(s), the guest named on this confirmation may present the reservation number, original credit card used during this purchase, and a valid goverment-issued photo ID at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket Window.

Mm, but WillCall Order Confirmation' name belongs to the credit card owner (my mom). Do you think it's better i ll take her creditcard with me at WillCall ticket booth?
Or do you know if it's possible change the name?

i mean, if im gonna presenting order confirmation and credit card with my mother's name and my id card, will be any problems? In this order there are two other tickets.. im figuring that they will ask my and friends id card, not my mothers..

I guess it depends on how tough the person is at the window. A few years ago we went to Epcot and on our way in purchased our annual passess for the year. Unfortunately I left my wallet which included my drivers license in the hotel safe and all I had was my credit card, resort room card and my family with me. It was not a problem to get my daughters since she was only 11 and my wife had her drivers license with her so that wasn't a problem. However I could not get my AP without proper ID and had to purchase a one day ticket in order to enter the park that day and the CM would not budge on the rules no matter that my family was there telling him who I was. The nest day I went to guest relations and got my single day refunded and picked up my annual pass. I love that I needed my photo ID to be issued an AP, but did not need that photo ID to use my credit card and purchase it.

I see - thanks for the explanation. I've only had to use WillCall once, and that was for a party ticket. The man insisted that I had got a DVC rate and demanded to see my DVC card. I hadn't booked a DVC rate, and I don't own DVC, so I argued with him about it, but since the party was sold out, the only way we could get the tickets we had reserved was to pay the "same night" price to him. I eas not pleased....

It's apparently a membership card for the Vacation Club. I wouldn't let all these stories scare you off though, just be prepared for the worst and things will go well. Have a wonderful trip!

When I picked up my APs last week they didn't ask for credit cards or anything. They just asked us what character we wanted on each ticket. It was at DTD.
