No. Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness are separate resorts, although they are next to one another and connected by a walking trail.

The only commonality is the theme and the boat to MK stops at both...or at least it did when we stayed back in '06.
Be sure to eat at Whispering Canyon and ask for ketchup!

Artist Point is a very nice signature restaurant as well. Check out the geyser every hour. I love this resort! Take the boat to Magic Kingdom, and also to Fort Wilderness for the HoopDeeDoo Musical Revue Show or Mickey's Backyard BBQ (seasonal). Otherwise, Fort Wilderness is a separate resort. If you like horseback riding or want to take a romantic carriage ride, then take the boat over! Lovely! Enjoy!

We did the HoopDeeDoo when I was younger and would love to do that with the kids thanks for the info about the horses and carriage ride
