Wilderness Lodge Fairy Boat Question.

Hi everyone,

My aunt is staying at the Wilderness Lodge this July and was wondering if the fairy boats will take her from the there to the Magic Kingdom. And if it does, does it stop at the Polynesian which is where I will be staying at the same time.

Watercraft has three types of boats, which run four different routes.

The Ferry Boats run from TTC to MK and back...

The Cruisers run from MK to WL/FW and back...

The Launches run from MK to GF/PO as well as CO to FW/WL...

So your options would be Monorail/Launch to MK and then transfer to the Cruiser... or, there's a bus from WL to TTC, which is right next to the Poly.

Also, you might want to tell you aunt to pick up one of the transportation guides at the front desk. It will become very useful (is useful spelled right?), when traveling from park to park, etc.

The best way to get from the WL to the Polynesian is to catch either the AK bus or the DS bus from the WL as its first stop is at the Polynesian. You can then both ride the Monorail to the MK.

Just remember to "please stand away from the doors. They will be closing momentarily." Or am I confusing the spiel from the MCO monorail?

Actually... the busses run Wilderness Lodge/Fort Wilderness... and Contemporary/Poly/Grand Flo...

As for the quote, "...if you're standing, please hold onto the hand rails, and stay clear of the doors. The monorail will depart momentarily for (MK/TTC). Thank you. -- Please stand clear of the doors. Por favor mantenganse alejado de las puertas."

They must have changed the bus schedule since November and you would be one to know that F. Boi.

Sorry for the incorrect information. I just know that we took the bus to the Polynesian on three separate occasions while we stayed at WL in late November/early December.

It's too bad I thought that was one of the perks of staying at WL was easy access to Polynesiand / Grand Floridian via the busses. Now you get easy access to FW. yeah *seriously underwhelmed*
