Wilderness Lodge Cabin Question

When you stay in the cabins do you have access to everything at the Wilderness Lodge? I assume just drive the golf cart over there? How close is it in proximity? Also, do you drive the golf carts to the shuttle pickup or boat launch? All of the reviews of the cabins are always very good.... how is it? thanks!!

The cabins are not at Wilderness Lodge, they are at the Fort Wilderness Campground. Two entirely different resorts. You cannot drive golf carts to Wilderness Lodge. Yes, you can drive carts to the shiuttle bus or Boat launch at Ft Wilderness. Again do not confuse with Wilderness Lodge.

No. Ft Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge are different resorts. There is a walking path and a boat launch between the 2 resorts, but they do not share amenities. You can go over, walk around, shop and dine, but you can not use the WL pool.

You can eat at the restaurants of course, but the 2 resorts are separate. They both have a boat launch to Magic Kingdom, which is nice.
