Wigs and Thrill Rides

Okay so I wasn't really sure if I put this in the right area.
I wear wigs (I won't get into it, unless you're just REALLY REALLY itching it know) and I'll definitely be wearing them every day that we are at Disney. (This is my first time ever wearing wigs a a theme park, so I'm super clueless)
Now, I plan to bobby pin the heck out of the thing and maybe even sew in clips (ah who am I kidding, I don't know how to sew...I'll beg my Mother to try to do it the day before we leave, mwahaha) but I'm still worried that practically gluing the wigs to my head (without actually gluing them) won't be enough and that it'll manage to fly off during Tower of Tower or Rock N' Roller Coaster or something.

Will my worst fear come true? (Oh wait, that would be having everyone be turned into giant spiders...) Will my wig most likely still fly off during one of the more 'intense' rides despite my best efforts to attach the thing to my head- or am I just being overly paranoid?
It's okay, you can give it to me straight- I can take it!

Definitely looking to hear from those who have experience with this kind of thing the most

I have all my hair and don't have to worry about it, BUT I do have dentures...can you imagine someone's teeth flying past as you sit in the last row of Big Thunder!? LOL! But anyways I digress...I would encourage you to talk to others that wear wigs as a permanent hair piece everyday for everything. I know from a few people, they say that the laced front wigs are the best!(?) The only person I know that wears wigs everyday is Wendy Williams (wendyshow.com), if I were you I would go to her website and click on ASK WENDY and maybe she can tell you, but I would seek out a Beauty Salon or Beauty School and ask what they would recommend. With a theatre background here, have you thought about Spirit Gum? Don't know if that would work for wigs, but it seem to hold on beards and staches really good! Just an idea! Have a MAGICAL time...Hold onto your wig! LOL!

Hehe, I did just try to picture that :p
Good idea on asking beauty salons and schools...I'll try the Wendy website as well! Thank you
I was worried about using any kind of tape or gum or anything because I do have some real hair still and I didn't want to risk ripping out any bit that I still have (that little bit is ever so precious, heheh)

Thank you so much for your reply! :D

I have worn wings for costumes pinned to my real hair in braids underneath, and tightened a bit extra, on rides before. I've had no issues with that method on mild intensity rides. Space Mountain or Mission Space probably on the upper bound of that. ToT could be doable with good wig clips in addition but I think some thing like RnR might be beyond anything short of superglue. Really anything on RnR that's not really firmly attached or "heavy" enough stay put has a chance of coming off.
