Width of turnstiles

Hey all,
We are travelling with a larger family member (UK 24 all across hips & thighs). We have been told that the turnstiles might prove problematic. Can anyone advise? I remember the turnstiles being fairly narrow and at Pirates & Crush - I even found them a little bit of a squeeze (and I am a size 10!).

I don't see how turning sideways will help if the 'width' is all in the hips and thighs?

You can ask a CM at the entrance and you may get some help. You can also find some CMs right by the turnstiles, and they can lower the bars down so you can pass by.
