Wi Fi In Old Key West?

Will have the iPad in a few weeks so just wondering about WiFi?

How much is it to use in OKW??

There is no wifi in Old Key West. Only a few select deluxe resorts have wifi at this time, and the convention hotels, and there it is charged at $4.99 for the first 60 minutes or $9.95 for 24 contigious hours. Old Key West has wired internet access in each room, but it requires a cable. You can not connect your iPad with wired access. It needs to use either WiFi or have the 3G data feature built in.

Wifi is currently available only at:
Beach Club Resort
BoardWalk Resort
Contemporary Resort
Coronado Springs Resort
Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Yacht Club Resort

There is no wifi in Old Key West.

Actually, there IS wifi service at OKW. I didn't expect the service to be available, but during my stay from November 12 through the 16th in Building 45 I connected exclusively through wifi my entire stay.

I'd bet it's a recent addition, but the service exists. I'm not sure what charge there is for the service for cash guests...I am a DVC member so there was no charge on my bill.

Disney rolled out in-room wireless internet access to several resorts back in October, including OKW.

I am looking forward to trying in out at OKW next week. I am glad I will not have to use my wireless router.
