Why do parades/shows change

I saw both Fantasmic and Tapestry of Dreams twice. The first time for tapestry of dreams it looked like Tapestry of Nations. All the puppets marched in line, even the disc and hammer men. Also the sprites were missing. I went back and saw it a few days later and it was back to normal.

I saw Fantasmic twice, and during one there were a lot of the animals during the jungle scene were missing, and the characters on the boat didn't have pom poms. Then I went back an all the animals were back and the characters had their pom poms.

Perhaps sickness amongst the cm's ??

well they have to change them around sometimes, the cast members and even the people watching it would be bored after a while.

Also the castmembers proabably get bored of doing the same show over and over again, so they change it a little.

Weather can play a role in Tapestry I know.

ToN and ToD have had puppets removed to shorten the length of the parade. Everytime I saw it done like this was because of storms approaching. Shorten the parade and get them out quicker. I've also talked to CM in the parades that say that if there are some high enough winds, that the entire cast may not go out.

I don't know if this (the winds) is the same for Fantasmic or not.
