I'm getting my copy for PS3!

And here's a fight scene from EpMick2. Anybody who thinks this game is just for kids will get a rude awakening from this. (And if you listen closely, you can hear Oswald's new voice near the end of the video):

I got a $50 gift card to gamestop ( I rarely shop there anymore) so I pre ordered Epic Mickey Power of Illusion- whoopie I guess.

But I'm on the fence about purchasing Epic Mickey 2. The game is confirmed to come out on PC and I'd rather play it on PC than on consoles, but there's no time frame from the PC release. I want to play Epic Mickey 2, not fret over what to buy.

When I pick it up it will be for the xbox 360. Im a bit surprised that they didnt add some sort of kinect support for it but that doesnt really bother me all that much.

also: the power of Illusion demo dropped yesterday.

It takes a little longer than usual to download but has some content. Most of it is fetching stuff, wish I had to actually think when fetching set things, not just "go to the room next to the room where you got the quest"

I hope it's better come the street date

anyone else's friends having trouble understating why (using myself as an example) a 15 year old would want to play Epic Mickey?

is this game worth owning? how different/better is it than the original?
The game is great! So much for a Disney fan to find! And it's great on Xbox and PS3! This one is also open world after you finish so you can continue to explore.

so what's different between the first and second? besides the co-op? is it still just a lot of going back and forth to get stuff? i think i would rather just have a longer version of the 2D level's.

Well you'll be glad to know you can choose between 4 different versions of every 2D level to keep from getting bored. The quests are better, the main missions are a lot more linear than the past game never repeating themself. And your painting is permanent, makes it feel like your making a difference!
