Who Wants to be a Millionaire

Earlier in the year, I was able to get two tickets for 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' that was supposed to be taped at MGM on October 1. Following the events on September 11, the taping was postponed to the beginning of December (1 and 2, I think).
Does anyone know whether the dates are right, and also whether I can use the old tickets?

Your dates are correct. The showtimes and other info is available on the show's website on www.abc.com. Go there, the follow the links to "shows" and then to "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire."

As for tickets being good, I had the types of tickets and questions. The tickets, you will notice, ARE ALSO FOR ADMISSION! [That is how they get away with using your image on television without paying you.] Anyway, they told me in October that the tickets would be honored if presented, although you never know. However, you may now find them to be valuable souvenirs of the show that did not happen.

If you wish to use them for the show this time around, give it a try. If you have ever been to a TV production in L.A. or New York, you know that they give out tickets liberally. They need to fill the audience, to look good on TV. Don't forget that the tickets (or the web site, can't remember which) say that you need to dress in dark clothes for the show.
