It looks like Roy Disney has become success at one thing... stirring things up! There is starting a chain of events that will form new partnerships, mergers, and acquistions in the entertainment, creative production, and the channels that distribute them. I am predicting that in some form or another (which started with Comcast's bid and continued today with Disney buying the Muppets), whether they still are involved or not), the following companies will get involved...
Disney (well, duh!)
Shamrock Holdings (Roy & Stan's company)
EchoStar/DishNet (for programming distribution)
DreamWorks (creative production)
Pixar (creative production)
Legacy Animation (creative production)
Microsoft (if Steve Jobs is involved, you can bet Bill Gates will too!)
