My #1 pick would be Bob Gault from Universal Orlando, but that will never happen.
With that in mind, I think that a new guy would take over. Someone who loves Disney and what it is supposed to mean, knows how to provide a quality experience, and knows how to treat his employees well. I should also add that this guy should NOT HAVE ANY prior experience with Disney, so as to limit the amount of corruption that they have been exposed to.
But you know, just for the sheer embarassment on Eisner's part, I'd love to see Judson Green take the job again.
