Who is this Disney character?

I have this PVC toy and it is marked Disney. Does anyone know who this is? Is it from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? This has been bugging me for a while. Thanks!

Yes, only "Disney" and "China".

That is a tough one. The magnet on the pole does look like a scene from Roger Rabbit.

It looks like junk, and with it only saying Disney and China, it sounds like it's not quite a legitimate piece of merchandise. It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen in Roger Rabbit either.

Can you post a photo of the bottom, where the text is? Does "Disney" have a (C) symbol after it?

I believe it is from The Brave Little Toaster. My daughter vaguely recalls happy meal style toys from her childhood.

If it really is "Disney, it's very old, because that's not how they would mark/brand/copyright anything these days (or within the last 10-15 years, really).

I found it at a thrift store in Southern California a few years ago. I think it older as well.

When you see a Disney character in the park or in merch and you don't know where it's from, keep in mind it's always gonna be from Dr. Seuss.
