how would i know who is in charge of certain departments at disney...like john lasseters positions, etc.

I believe John's title will be something along the lines of "Creative Chair" or something like that. Basically he's got the power to greenlight all of the animated films (is it just for animation? someone help me out). He will also be the creative consultant for Disney Imagineers in developing theme park attractions.
