Who instructs in the CP?

I admit, I know very little about the CP, except for my conversations with our lifeguards at WL. Do the students take classes in their time at WDW? Who teaches them? Do they have PhDs administering the program or teaching any classes? What are the classes on (if they happen)?

I ask because I am working on my PhD in political science...

Classes are taught by instructors who have experience/licensing to teaching at the college-level. I can only speak to what I knew as of a few years ago. :wave:

The classes are optional (not a requirement for the CP) and Disney does not charge tuition, but some might need text books. The two I took did not require text books and the instructors provided everything for us. The instructors are also Cast Members that have wealth of knowledge about the Company.

They offer these classes and are ACE credited:
Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management
Corporate Analysis - I took this course and I highly recommend it.
Corporate Communication
Creativity & Innovation
Experiential Learning
Human Resource Management
Interactive Learning
Marketing You - one of my roommates took this course and loved it.
Organizational Leadership - I took this course as too and I highly recommend it.
