Chris Beatty has the title of "Creative Director for the new Fantasyland Expansion"

Don't know any more names beyond that one.

these things never go well... just what people need.. more names to play 'name drop' game when they want to pin blame on what they don't like.. when they have no real idea who did what in the project.

It was very disappointing for a lot of people since it didn't really reveal any new information about the expansion and a lot of the answers felt like pre-written marketing responses. I don't blame any of this on Chris, I am sure he was given strict guidelines as to what he could and couldn't say.

I agree, I don't really think this is the fault of the Imagineer. Typically when Imagineers are allowed to take about a project you can really get the sense of a project. Part of their job is selling the product, but in this case I just felt there was such a strict gag order placed on him over things that really shouldn't have been there. I wrote my thoughts on this here.
