Who designed the new entry at the parks???

One thing I noticed during our trip was the extremely poor layout of the entry into the parks. Although theoretically there is more capacity with twice as many detectors for RFID and fingerprints I just have to ask why in the world they angled them the way they did so that there is total confusion at this mini bottleneck with strollers and families. Great idea and I totally love the doubled capacity but the ergonomics leave something to be desired.

Actually? This is very easy to deal with - just ignore everyone else, and go to any kiosk with no one, or few people, in front of it. Let the confused be confused.

...it is still low season. I shudder to think what this debacle will look like in June, July, August.

In my experience, while there were hiccups, this is faster than the old entry. People blocking the entry now b/c they are dumb would have been dumb and blocked the entry last year, but now reasonably intelligent families can get in faster and I found lines to get into the park generally moved more quickly.
