Do they do anything special for birthdays?? My son is turning 12 and that is where he wants to have lunch one day.. Any singing or joking???

I am sure they will do something, but what it is I am not sure. All the restaurants do something to commemorate the day (most usually yell out to the place that there is a birthday).
