Which Way Do You Go?

Im just wonderin, which way do you go into the park...

example: When I get into Epcot, I always go to the left side, around SSE. When I get into MK, I always go to the left side, and enter either the 4th or 5th turnstile from the left of the exit. and ALWAYS walk on the lefthand sidewalk.When I get into AK, I always go into the park on the right side (and touch the rock everytime)...MGM, I always walk on the righthand sidewalk. Its just weird to me that people go there own way, almost all the time....


So, Im just curious, do you guys go a certain way, or just whatever way is less busy

Matters if I'm rushed. I ALWAYS do Spaceship Earth last. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS - unless I come in through the Boardwalk pathway. (Nice walk, btw).

Impressions is also good at night...

But usually I save the "newest" pavilion first...and best for last.

Okay, bad joke! :lol:

I do, however, see the new pavilions first so I don't miss out.

And then it's usually Wonders of Life...The Land...and afternoon calls me to Imagination (eh, if time), Living Seas...Energy if I have an hour - and then American Adventure/El Rio/O'Canada in the afternoon.

Hey Grizz--where do you squeeze in Test Track?

Whichever way is the slow way, my parents decide to go.And since they think they know it all, I haveto follow them:brick: :brick:

Now if I were by myself, Ill be running to my favorite rides.
Probably go whichever way looks quicker and be jumping over people to get by or making fast turns

MK- to the right (Tomorrow Land, all the rides I care to ride at MK are here...LOL with the exception of a few)

AK- to the right (Dino Land USA)

Epcot- enter through the right then go over to the left ( M:S and TT)--unless I'm coming in through the International Gateway from one of the hotels.

Studios- ummm....I walk on the middle of the street....and pretty much drift through the park. :lookaroun


I any case...I'm always walking fast and jumping over people...which has two advantages...one great exercise and two I get to the ride quicker.....(ofcoarse if I see something I have to take a picture of I put the brakes on quick)...

It's usually pretty random in Epcot and AK for me.
But for MK, I usually end up heading for Adventureland, or I take the train somewhere (usually to Toontown and then head down that little path to Tomorrowland)
And for MGM: I usually end up at Muppet Vision 3D first

MK-head right for which Magic Kingdom mountain has the shortest wait...but I have heard a lot of people say it's good to take the railroad to the back of the of the park and work your way to the front, but we never do that, do some of you?

EPCOT-we go on Spaceship Earth first because the line is always pretty short when you are there when the park opens

MGM-We go on the great movie ride, that gets us in the mood for the kind of day we are gonna have at the park, then we usually head for the Muppets or Star Tours.

AK-We don't really have a plan for this one yet even though we have been there a bunch of times, we like to go for the Kali River Rapids first usually, then we just walk around. We dont really spend much time in AK, it doesnt really tickle our fancy a whole lot, but dont get me wrong it's a beautiful park. For all you AK lovers out there :lol:

MK - always always always to the WDWRR...my dad wouldn't have it any other way. :lol:

Epcot - usually we go right to WS, and usually we end up visiting Canada first

AK - Dinoland, right away

MGM - I have to head to ToT to start off the day.

This is a good question, though I don't take it to the extremes of certain turnstiles (not that, that is bad, I just don't).

When I was a kid we stayed at the Polynesian and loved riding the Monorail. We can't afford it now, so we stay at Dixie Landings (now Port Orleans Riverside, not sure why the name changed). When we first started staying there, you could take your bus to the hotels as well as to the Parks. So we would go to the Polynesian and take the Monorail to the Magic Kingdom first day. Now they don't go the the other hotels so we just take the bus straight over. But if they start doing that again we will start again.

We go to the Magic Kingdom first day.
When I was a kid it was always through the Castle and onto Fantasyland. It was always cool to walk through the castle. Now as an adult, we head right to Tomorrowland.

For Epcot, it is kind of hit or miss. Usually Spaceship Earth.

For MGM, Tower of Tower every time.

For Animal Kingdom, usaully head for Countdown to Extinction. I know it is now Dinosaur but I prefer the old name.

Epcot:
When we go to Epcot, we usually go to Test Track and get our Fast Passes first, then usually go on Universe of Energy or the Wonders of Life Pavillion.

MGM:
When we go to MGM, we usually get Fast Passes for Tower of Terror or Rockin' Roller Coaster, and then we wander around bored (we aren't big MGM fans) until we can use our FP's.

thats exactly what i do and its always a big rule that when visting the magic kingdom the first ride has to be the haunted mansion... always then my family can do whatever they want

MK - Take off for tomorrowland OR if my Dad is with us we go left and hit CBJ first.

Epcot - Head left and hit fastpass for Test Track and then ride TT

MGM - Head right and hit RNR and TT to start the day off

AK - Head left and walk to the back of the park and ride KS first. You tend to see quite a few animals first thing in the morning.

What attraction I do first usually is different every time I go, but I always enter the parks the same way. At MK, I go under the Railroad Station through the right tunnel and pass the Expo Hall on the way it. At EPCOT I go under Spaceship Earth, at MGM also to the right past Oscars, and to the left trail on the Oasis as I enter at AK.

Arrival day, SSE then FP for TT. While waiting for TT time hit Energy get a strawberry bar then time for TT. ( WS start at Mexico's Cantena for beverages and beverages and beverages. Work way clockwise ending up at R&C Pub if Pam is working and get beverages, beverages and more beverages. Then it's time for RoE).

MK get FP for Space Mt., ride it as there won't be a line, head for Buzz to hit the crab and get 999,999, then on to Wed Way and back to Space for FP time.

Studios, ToT then first Beauty and the Beast Show, snacks at the Market then on to Voyage to get a FP, Disney Story then back to Voyage for FP time.

AK avoid, tisazoo.

At MK: Always go to Big Thunder, Splash and Pirates first. Then over to Tomorrowland for Space, Buzz and the peoplemover.

At Epcot: Straight to Test Track and Mission:Space first. Then usually the Land. Always do Spaceship Earth as the very last thing. Nice way to end the day at Epcot.

At MGM: Always do Rock N Roller Coaster first, then ToT.

At AK: Straight back to the Safari, then whatever.

I always go to the right side going into MK and I even did the same this summer at DL. I go around the right side of the oasis at AK. And I am more spontaneous at Epcot and DS.

Magic Kingdom- if its the first night of the vacation its the railroad over to frontierland to hit splash 3 times. if its a normal day, i sprint to get my family FP's for space mountain and hit AE. (*gasp* what are we going to do now? )

Epcot- used to be world of motion but now we get there late enough that i sprint to get FP's for test track (which im sure will change to mission space because my family and i view TT as mediocre) and then we just go eat at coral reef.

MGM- I sprint to get FP's to RnRc and we hit TOT.

AK- get FP's for C2E and get in line for T2BaBug.

wow i just realized that i do WAY too much sprinting for my family!
