Which Restaurants have the "Chef's Selections" Options?

I am (FINALLY!) going back to Disney, and doing the dining plan. I know that some restaurants such as Kona have a Chef's selection on the menu, where you can pick from a small selection of appetizers, entree's and desserts, and have it cost 1 swipe for the meal. Do you have any idea which other restaurants have this?
