Which resorts allow Fall free dining?

Looking to stay at one of the moderate hotels for the first time!! We have always stayed off site or at value resorts. Does anyone know which moderate resorts allow you to use the free dining in the fall? I know some are excluded.

In the past CBR and CS are included in the free dining offer; most times POR as well. POFQ is usually excluded.

We've been at POFQ for the last 3 years but we were told by a front desk lady that they're trying to get POFQ off of the list.

Weren't you there on a bounce back offer? The free dining general public offers usually exclude POFQ.

I take that back, this past year was the first BB offer during September. The other two were straight booking.
