Which Epcot Resort for Dec. ?

I'm planning a special vacation for 12/8 - 12/14 in which we'll be celebrating my son's 1rst birthday ! :sohappy: We usually go moderate or Wilderness Lodge standard. But I would like to splurge & treat us to a magical vacation. Which resort would you choose & why (BW, YC or BC) standard room? We love both MGM & Epcot, my DH loves to eat at different places & I would be happy anywhere as long as it's Disney. We're also travelling with our 1 year old. Any suggestions or tips ??

I like the Beach Club out of that area. The theme is nice and it isn't as fancy as the Yacht Club.

The Boardwalk is just beautiful and plus you've got easy access to Epcot from the resort!:sohappy: Have a great time!!!

I just got back from a week at the Boardwalk so that gets my vote. I dont know if you have any kids, but with the great restaurants and clubs there its great for adults. It was my first time at a deluxe and I was very impressed.

I have stayed at all 3 & love them all. I think the Boardwalk Inn gets a slight edge though, because of the closeness to all the restaurants & happenings on the boardwalk. The Y/B Clubs are lovely though, have good restaurants too & are just a short walk or boat ride to the boardwalk. All of the resorts will be beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Y/B Clubs have the most incredible pool - Stormalong Bay, but it will probably be a little chilly for swimming in Dec although they are heated. The selling point for me at any one of these resorts is the 5 minute walk into Epcot through the International Gateway! 15 - 20 minute walk to MGM.
