Which day which park?

Hi,

DH, myself and DS (2 turning 3 in Oct) will visit WDW for 7-10 days from Sept 18th this year. Are there days that we should go to one park over another ... eg. go to Epcot on weekend if Magic Kingdom is extra busy?? What do you all think? Any other tips for an Aussie in WDW appreciated!

Experienced Disney Traveler here.

You picked a GREAT time to come to Disney. The parks are going to be dead. The weeks after Labor Day are the best times to come to Disney. Hardly no crowds and the weather is great!

If you can handle mornings, I would recommend that you take advantage of the Extra Magic Hour in the mornings. The parks open an hour early for the resort guests. With hardly no waits on the attractions, you can probably hop to different parks in the same day.

Magic Kingdom seems to be busy on the weekends. Epcot is never busy, MGM can be busy on the days of Extra Magic Hour, and Animal Kingdom is not bad at this time.

Have FUN!!!!

I honestly don't think it matters. All the kids are back in school so there are no waits for anything. My husband and I went last September and went to every attraction at every park in 3.5 days, only waiting in line for 2 things - Backlot tour and TOT. We walked right on to every other ride in the park.

It's definitely the best time to go. Perfect weather, no lines, and the water parks are still open.

The Unofficial Guide to WDW has never steered us wrong! Yes, I'm endorsing a book here, but it's my WDW Bible anymore.

Mon = MGM
Tue = AK
Thu = EPCOT
Fri = MK

That's when we go to each park and combined with the touring plans that the Unofficial Guide has, we never stood in line for more than 20 minutes, in JUNE!

I usually go to whatever park has early entry on that day. You can get 3-4 major attractions in before enduring any wait times. The only other thing I know is that MK definitely is the most crowded on Monday. I'm not certain what the statistics are on the other parks and their attendence on particular days.

Wow! Australia, that's quite a flight! I know because I went to Sydney about 4 years ago! Beautiful place!

Anyway, I know that MK is busiest on Mondays. Ususally Tuesday -Thursday are a little quieter at MK than the rest of the days of week!

Have a safe trip and enjoy yourself!

I was wondering which days are the best, but in July. I know the parks are extremely crowded. Here's what my schedule is right now:

Monday- Epcot
Tuesday- MGM
Wednesday- MK
Thursday- AK

I just want to make sure I go to AK on the last day so we can stay there 1/2 a day and do everything we missed the other 1/2. Should I change the first two days? Also, can someone post or PM me the best order of attreactions to go on? Thanks!
