Which Caribbean Beach Resort Building?

is the closest to Old Port Royale without being preferred? I wanted to change to preferred but there are none left.
Also, what are the odds of me getting that building if I request. (I imagine, not that great.)

There are 3 non-preferred location buildings that are all exactly the same distance to/from Old Port Royale. They are Martinique 22, Aruba 51 and Jamaica 45.

We just got back from CBR four days ago and we stayed in Aruba 51. It was a great location. Right next to the Parrot Cay bridge and close to three pools (Port Royale, Aruba, and Jamaica.)
