Where's the Western Beltway?

I have seen and heard mention the western beltway, but I have no clue where it is! Can someone please clue me in! :p

The Western Beltway provides an entrance to Disney property near Coronado Springs and Blizzard Beach. In general is runs along the western side of Orlando, similar to 417 on the eastern side of Orlando.
