Where to watch the Super Bowl

We'll be at WDW Super Bowl Sunday. We're thinking about watching the game at the All Star Cafe at WWoS. We started out wanting to watch it at the ESPN Club, but I don't think we'll want to fight that crowd all day.

Is there anywhere else we can watch the game? Do any of the resorts have a sports bar off the beaten path? Or do any of you know of a good locals sports bar not too far from WDW? We're staying at Comfort Inn LBV, and we don't mind taking a taxi to watch the game. Thanks in advance.:)

ARE WE THERE YET????:D  :hammer:

Cheers:wave:

I'm a big eagles fan and last year we were in disney during one of the eagles playoff games. We watched it at the ESPN Zone and it was amazing. The atmosphere for watching any type of football game is awesome. I would recommend going there for any sporting event.

I'd watch it in your hotel room???

I like it to be rather quiet, and usually by myself when I'm watching my football, plus I don't drink, so ESPN club would be a waste for me.

I am a sports junkie and I attend to agree with Lance. I hate watching a big game like that in a bar or a place like that because - you can never hear the game. The ESPN club is no doubt awesome. I was there for some of the Olympic hockey last year and I would have rather watched back in the room where you can pay better attention and hear every thing. If you are a real football fan and are insane about the game trust me watch in your room; the ESPN club place is chaotic during any big game. On Super bowl Sunday that ESPN club will be miserably packed. Good luck.

Hey pooh I just noticed you are from Texas so why are you worried about the Super Bowl anyways? The only way your Texans or Cowboys or my Lions are going to the Super Bowl is if they buy a ticket.

When the Rams went to the Super Bowl a couple years ago against the Titans, we watched the game at the All Star Sports Food Court. They had a Big Screen TV, and there was half Rams and half Titans Fans....It was GREAT!!!!

Super Bowl Sunday is my favorite day of the year.:) It's better than Christmas for me. I don't care who plays. I enjoyed Patriots-Rams as much as any of the Cowboy's SB's. Besides, the way the NFL is today, anybody can win. Just so you know, I root for the Cowboys, Texans, Bucaneers, Browns, and Titans, in that order. My dream SB this year would be Tampa Bay-Miami, just for the all the hoopla that would happen in Fla. that week. :D

ARE WE THERE YET??????:D

POOH I was just kidding ya.

I too love SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. I think it should be a national holiday. What I meant is it sucks for people like you and I to be trapped in cities that are right now in NFL hell. I mean my beloved lions will be lucky to win 4 games. In fact i hear the Lions new war cry this year is "wait till next year" At least we have the Wings.
