Where to pick up park and dining plan tickets?

Sorry. This is probably a stupid question! I figured I'd rather ask it here than actually phoning up Disney though. This is our first time actually booking a vacation directly with DW; we got a "memories" package for Sept 17 - Sept 22 this year, and it came with a free dining plan. Everything's paid for, and we're ready to go! Only... I'm not sure where to pick up the tickets for the parks or dining. (Must have missed the memo, lol) Are they supposed to be picked up at the hotel (Poly)?

Everything will be encoded on your "Keys to the World" card [ie. your room key] when you check in.

Your room key, park tickets and Dining Plan credits will be on one handy card that also serves as your proof of eligibility for Extra Magic Hours in the parks.

Yup, everything is on your room key (or Key to the World card). Each person will get a personalized room key when you check-in so you'll each have a key to use. If you get to the hotel before your room is ready you can check-in and pick up your room keys so you'll have your tickets and dining. Then they'll text or call you when your room is ready so you know. Have a great trip!!

I love Key to the World cards! Also if you put a credit card on file at the hotel, the Key cards also give you charging privileges! Have a great time!:wave:

In addition to a credit card, you can use a debit card, cash, travelers checks, Disney gift cards and Disney Dollars to set up a room charge account for your Key To The World card.

Great to know, I have done my debit card before but like the gift card idea.
