Where to go first night?

Hi,
We will be arriving at WDW at about 3 PM. We want to check in, get settled, and then head out to a park to activate our annual passes, have some dinner, and watch a parade or show. Should we go to Epcot, eat at San Angel's and watch Illuminations? Or go to MGM, eat at ?????? and watch Fantasmic? AK closes early, and MK is the next day. What should we do?

I dont' go to a park, I just ride the monorail for about an hour or so, then prepare for the long and exciting week ahead.

i have the same question, but ill be arriveing very early aroiund 10:00, wat should we do while we wait for the rest of the family to arrive. Wel be at OKW any suggestions?
