I've found that almost all of the table service restaurants have selections for vegetarians. Vegan gets a bit more difficult but is still do-able.

I've quiet enjoyed vegetarian selections at Cinderella's Royal Table, Tony's Italian Restaurant, and The Plaza Restaurant.

Also, keep in mind that the Disney kitchens are generally good about working with special diet requests. If in doubt, ask!

Hope you enjoy your trip!

If you want to go to a sit down restaurant and are concerned about Vegetarian or Vegan needs, make sure you tell them when you make your reservation. You can also try and let the restaurant know the day before so the chef can hear it first hand.

Do you have to reserve for Cinderella's Royal Table?
The name of the restaurant sounds so formal...

cinderellas royal table is the restaurant inside the castle. and i would definitely recommend reservations. the last time we ate there we had reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes for a table.

If you find that for some reason you are unable to get seating at one of the sit down restaurants, then I would recommend the Columbia Harbor House. There is a sandwhich called the Lighthouse Sandwhich that is vegetarian. It is made with Hummus, tomatoes and broccoli slaw. My wife had it and liked it. The great thing about Columbia Harbor House is that half the people that go to Magic Kingdom walk right past it without realizing it is there. It is rarely as crowded as Pecos Bill's or Cosmic Ray's and there are those that go and don't realize there is upstairs seating. I have never had a problem finding a seat there. It is counter service, but if you don't mind that, then go for it.

There is one place I definitely recommend eating and most people look it over....Go to Frontierland to Pecos Bills Tall Tale Inn and Cafe....They have the most amazing burgers and chili cheese fries...Then what makes it the best...in the condiment area...you can put sauteed mushrooms on you're burger....i could eat a whole bowl of just mushrooms...DEFINITELY EAT THERE!

im a really fussy eater. i dont eat meat, cheese, eggs, fish. the last time i went in may 2005 i use to take those little packets of carrots with me to the parks they where a $1 each for a pack of baby carrots and i had a soya burger which was cool as i asked if they did soya burgers as it only said cheese burgers and all that then underneath it said ask about dietary needs so i did and i saw them cook it infront of me and they where really helpful and didnt mind doing it, so thanks guys at the all star sports grill ( next to the pizzaria).

Vernonpush, thank you so much for posting that menu website!

I'm going to Disney in September and haven't been there since I turned vegetarian (no fish) about a year and half ago, and I was so curious if it would be difficult for me to eat there!

I'm so excited to see that a lot of places have more than just salads! Even the quick service places. I'm so excited now, thank you!
