Where to do the Dolphin Swim?

My kid loves Dolphins, so on our upcoming Fantasy cruise in August, I want to take her to one of the Dolphin Swim Port Excursions.

We have three stops on the Western Caribbean Itinerary (B, I think), and all three offer this Port Excursion.

My question is...for those who are familiar with it or have done it...which Port should I do this at?

I have done it in all of the Western ports and Cozumel Chankanaab is the best, very good facilities and lots more to do there as well, Dolphinaris is closer, but for various reasons, is not as good as Chankanabb.

My vote goes to grand cayman. The water nicer there and the people too. They probably have a better facility too.

I had booked Cozumel at Dolphinaris, but I just switched it to Chankanabb after reading about the other things there are to do there.

What should I expect in terms of taxi cost? Do I need to bring Pesos for tipping, etc?
