just found this "Five months later, the Radio Disney River Cruises were put out of their misery, one of the shortest-lived attractions at any Disney theme park. The river still sits vacant, as do the docks. The entrances are blocked off with potted plants, and the signs that were wrapped in burlap have been removed. For a brief period, the dock near Asia was even fitted out as the "Upcountry Landings Bar", a fine establishment in a Disney theme park, which sold all sorts of wonderful spirits - as if we didn't have enough places to buy beer already. The proprietor was a wonderful, friendly fellow, but it seems it didn't get enough business, and the dock sits vacant once again.

Donick is absolutely correct

The Lounge sits near the bridge that connects Asia and Discovery Island.

It used to be a dock for the various incarnations of the riverboat cruise that went around Discovery Island (then Safari Village) back in the day.

I'm not sure whether it exists today or not. It may be seasonal.

Can find no mention of this in any guide book, website, etc. My guess is that it no longer exists. Maybe a CM can answer for you.
