Where is the old Centorium Elevator located in Mouse Gear?

I just found out that the original elevator in Centorium (Now Mouse Gear) has been walled off. Does anyone know where it currently is?
EDIT: I also found that the second floor still exists, but is used for storage and offices. Is that true also?
