Where is the Firehouse in Townsquare

I was told to meet someone at the Firehouse in Townsquare. Is that in Magic Kingdom, near the front before you walk down Mainstreet?

I didn't know there was a Firehouse there. Or, was that a mistake and that is Disneyland in California??

Anyway, if anyone knows, I would appreciate a bit of help so I'm not wandering aimlessly.

Thanks!

To the right of guest services as you face them, just before the car barn.

At one time it had fire fighting memorabilia in it

Now, its a ..................... gift shop

There's still some memorabilia in there (at least I seem to remember some stuff), there's just less of it... It's still the place to see all of the patches brought in and left there from Fire and EMT companies around the country.

I wish they had some more police stuff. My dad's a cop, and we got him the Norman Rockwell print of the cop shaking Mickey's hand, but that's all we ever seem to find. I wonder if they may have more the next time I go...

It's there!

It is off to the left as you walk into the park, beside guest services.

As you walk from under the train station, tucked into the left corner of the
square is the Firehouse. It is easy to miss. It's next to a gate where Main Street parades begin or end. Walk past guest services and keeping looking to the left corner. :xmas:

There is some, but not a lot.

The patches on display don't come close to all of the ones that have been dropped off.

Of course there is also the Patch Database in innoventions.

My brother is a paid firefighter, and when he looked up his department in Innoventions, it had their stats listed as going on over 8,000 calls a year. He said "damn, I need to ask for a raise" (1,000 calls a year would be pushing it - that would count everything, pumping basements, false alarms, etc)
