So, with the price increase, anyone in the know about improving the available library? Or is streaming going to be stuck with the fickle finger of fate trying to brainwash everyone that only MCU and Star Wars is what should be watched. I can’t be the only one burned out on superheroes and outer space. I’ve been hoping for quite a while to see an expansion of available content beyond the existing selection.
And someone has finally put some thought into what is missing. See this. Admittedly, even the list in that article is REALLY incomplete. What about “It’s Tough To Be A Bird”, “Dad, Can I Borrow The Car”, “Charlie, The Lonesome Cougar” and a huge, long list of other stuff we probably won’t ever see. Which includes how many years of WOC episodes (yeah, a few of those have been on I admit). Not to mention them REMOVING content over time. That is unbelievable behavior to me. What, they keep running out of disk space?
The closest business model I see D+ following is that of a drug dealer - give them a little for cheap, create a demand, and then limit supply and drive by price.
Yes, I’ll continue to subscribe but I won’t be supper happy about it.
