My kids had the computer games (Where in the World, Where in the USA, Where in Time), and we watched the program on television. I'm humming the tune now.

I was a bit too young for Where In The World to understand it. (I was 1-5 during the TV show) though I probably did see snippets of it as a kid. But I did watch some episodes on YouTube and I thoroughly enjoyed them. It had the great balance between entertainment and education, something not all children shows can do very well. And Rockapella made the game show so unique. Not only they had a killer theme but they also were in the show doing songs, skits and more. This show, believe it or not, was on TV Guide's 50 Greatest Game Show List so that's pretty impressive for a children's game show!

I loved everything! The computer games, the game, show (that I always wanted to be on as a kid) and the cartoon series were all awesome!

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing them come out with new video games!

They have. Recently a new Carmen game was released for the Wii. However, it's a Math based game...not the geography/history track we are all used to.

I loved how the grand prize sometimes was getting to pick anywhere in the world to travel to.

Not entirely. My understanding was that for the first two seasons, it was anywhere in the continental US and in the later seasons, it was anywhere in North America.

That's terrible! I hate math! Lol I think they could pull off a really cool game if they really tried! Almost like a tomb raider style game finding clues all over the world and such!

It then came back in one more form for a few more seasons, the time travel seasons!

I got a fuzzy memory on the show, but I think you're right. Still not a bad prize though.
