Both Disneyland and WDW had them when I bought them last October.

Certainly the Emporium at each resort has them and the big store on the left hand side as you enter Disney's California Adventure. I'm sure the other Parks at WDW have them but don't remember where I have seen them.

Yes, I also saw these at WDW last October.

They sell them in tan now as well. The Disney Stores sold red Mickey ones for the same price about a year ago but they sold out instantly. I managed to grab a couple though.

I bought one a couple weeks ago. It's cute and a nice size for taking to the supermarket for small food grabs. We were in World of Disney to buy Love's Monorail set and he snagged on of the bags as well.
