thanks:sohappy: :sohappy:

In France at the World Showcase. But they are only there certain times, check the guidemap and look closely, I believe the times are listed. You won't miss them if they are out, but if it is raining, they don't perform.

When I was there a couple weeks ago, the Statue Show was outside of the Italy pavilion at regularly scheduled times each day.

There is a sign out front with the times of the statues' appearances as well as another one with the times of the Masquerade Show on it.

Those statues are a blast to watch....but DON'T GET TOO CLOSE!

HAVE FUN!

i would love to see the training for these statues. they generally do such a great job! are their costumes weighted to be still and is that a mask on their face, or a really good paint job? they are really great when they are performing! (any of you on this board been a statue?)

Hey MK! I like your new avatar!!!:) Remember though....Never smile at a crocodile, never tip your hat and stop to talk awhile. Don't be taken in by his welcome grin, he's imagining how well you'll fit within' his skin! :D

They were in Italy back in December. I asked the same question about the mask/make-up issue and was told that it is heavy make-up and that the statue people can see by barely opening their eyes. They are GREAT!

As BRER STITCH wrote, you can look at the sign for the times. Before you go you can look here http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/index.htm (click on Epcot and Italy)
Imaginum: a Statue Act
Living statues. Don't take them for 'granite', they're 'marblous'.
Sunday-Tuesday & Thursday-Saturday at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, 5:10, 6:15 & 7:30pm
Wednesday at 12:35, 1:30, 2:25, 4:05, 5:00 & 6:05pm
Length of show: 30 minutes
Since the 26th of September is a Friday this year, let's see... well, it looks like these guys and gals never get a day off. I guess that's show business!
