Where can I find show times?

I am trying to make a card to carry so that I know when extra magic hours are and know when the parades and shows are (fantasmic, disney wishes, dreams come true parade, spectromagic, illuminations).

Does anyone know where I can find a listing of the times for these? I have found a site that had listings but I don't think they are up-to-date because they didn't even have the right park hours listed.

We are going to be at Disney World from March 5-March 12, 2009.
