Where are the fireworks launched?

Where are the fireworks launched from in MK, EPCOT, and
D-MGM?

In Epcot they are launched from a float at the center of World Showcase Lagoon. Not quite sure about the others.

At the Disney-MGM Studios, the Sorcery in the Sky fireworks are launched from the platform above the Great Movie Ride, and in Washington Square. The Fantasmic! Fireworks are launched from platforms behind and infront of the Mt. At the Magic Kingdom, the fireworks are launched from behind the Railroad Tracks behind the Fantasyland Lagoon.
