Where Are All the Photopass Photogs? (currently in WDW)

My girlfriend and I are finally here at WDW, have been since Wednesday (unfortunately leaving this coming Wednesday, why does time always go so quickly at the World?). We purchased Photopass+ because our last two trips we've had some great photopass shots in great locations and the plus allows certain dining (none of which we're going to be at) and attraction photos (the main reason we spent the extra $$$ for photopass+).

Our big problem here over the past four days is that there are hardly any Photopass photographers in the parks. Now I don't want any one saying "well are you going to the right spots?" because we're going all over every inch of the parks as we always do (OK, maybe not Animal Kingdom but that's a story for the TR. COMING SOON!) and we are hard pressed to find these guys and gals. So far the only photographers we've seen are the two or three on Main Street, one in front of the the F&W logo in front of SpaceShip Earth, one on the bridge leading to the France pavilion and two or three that get us in front of that lousy sorcerer hat at MGM. There were a couple in AK as well, but again.

We love using photopass because it's only her and me down here and we like getting pictures of ourselves so we have proof that we were here and not just 1,000 pictures that we took.

Any one have any info on the lack of photopass people? There wasn't even one taking shots of people in front of Tower of Terror an hour ago and that's our favorite! What the heck?!

I had read a similar complaint a month or two ago, and for this exact reason, DID NOT order PhotoPass for the first time in 6 or 7 trips.
Boy am I ever glad that I did not.

The weather was crappy the first 3 days = no PP photogs.
The crane was still up, installing lights on the castle = very few photogs on Main St.
We never saw a single one on Sunset Blvd. either = very disappointing.
The cheap crappy Food & Wine signage was installed in front of beautiful SSE = no thanks.
We didn't do any character meet & greets, which is the only place the photogs seemed to be stationed. We walked into the newly opened Princess Fairytale Hall and walked right out = we blew our only chance.
I read a post that magic shots are few and far between because they are in the process of tying it to MM+ = we'll have to wait and see how that turns out.

Gotta say, I did not miss running from photographer to photographer just to "get my money's worth".
Sorry you are experiencing the same dearth of photographers.
Fingers crossed you have better luck in the next few days.

We were there for 5 days a few weeks ago, and ended up with 250ish pictures. MK, there should be one over by the baby care center, I've run into a few at different points in the new Fantasyland, found one in front of PoTC. Epcot, should have some just past the turnstiles, some just on the other side of the planter before Spaceship Earth, some just past the stage/fountain, we ran into some shooting at China out towards the lagoon, some shooting in towards the temple. Some in Morocco, Mexico and France. DHS we only did Sunset Blvd, but we saw one there each time, as well as plenty on Hollywood Blvd. AK out front, just after the Oasis with several leading towards the Tree of Life, on the path between Africa & Asia, over by the shrine overlooking EE. Ask any of the photographers if there are somewhere else, and they usually know where they are posted on a given day.
