When's Your Spring 2005 Recess?

I've read that the crowds drop from peak to moderate right after the Easter break. We have a trip planned for the 3rd week in April, '05, to coincide with our kids spring recess. Our thinking was that 4/18-4/22 was late for recess, considering Easter's on 3/27.

Now I'm wondering if MANY school systems are taking recess this week since Easter's so early next year.

Our group is 2 families with 6 kids aged 2-7. Those kids aren't going to hold up too well if we're looking at 2-hour waits. Worried.

Our spring break is March 28th to April 1st. It is always the last week of March regardless of where Easter falls. Of course Good Friday, March 25th, is a "non-attendance" day.

I've lived in Kansas, I've lived in Illinois, I've lived in Missouri, and spring break has always been the week that St. Patrick's day (March 17) falls in.

We will be going last week of Febuary (the 25 to March 4th) But then again that is college spring break. (both my hubby and my friend who is going with us teaches).

Happy we are going a bit earlier this year, sounds like March is going to be busy.

My daughters school is out March 23 to April 4th. But we aren't worring about that, after all she is just 3 and it is only pre-school!

There is a good chance it will be busy. My son's break is always during that time, and I think NH is around the same time too...

I went in April of last year, and waits of ToT and RnR were around 60 minutes, TT at epcot was around 45 minutes, and MK, was fairly crowded... Plus, somthing we learned the hard way, you have to deal with the Grad Nites, which forces MK to close early, and the other parks to get crowded.

I looked up the 2005 grad nites, and They are being Held on April 22 and 23rd during your trip...
