When will the new Epcot entertainers debut?

Have there been any announcements regarding when the new entertainment at Epcot will begin? Just to be clear, I am referring to the acts replacing Off Kilter, Mo Rockin', etc.

No specific dates yet, just in the coming months.

Weren't most of these acts supposed to stop performing by the end of September? That potentially leaves a lot of time when there will be less entertainment in Epcot. This is especially odd considering that food and wine is happening and that Epcot will be packed. Certainly they would have these acts ready to go immediately, right?

EPCOT will still be packed, and the lack of performers will only help the F&W bottom line....

It will succeed in their goals as they have said. Get more money out of the pockets of the guests and keep them out of the lines for rides.
